Refund policy

FINAL SALE; NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Except as expressly provided in this Section, all products purchased through shop.promedsi.com are sold on a final-sale basis and are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or permit exchanges for any product that has been ordered, shipped, or delivered, including, without limitation, for any of the following reasons:

  • change of mind;
  • mistaken, accidental, or unauthorized selection of a product by the customer;
  • dissatisfaction with a product;
  • failure to read or understand the product description, specifications, dimensions, compatibility, or other product details before purchase; or
  • any reason other than our shipment of an item materially different from the item identified in the order confirmation.

The sole exception to this policy is where we ship and deliver an incorrect item. For purposes of this Section, an “incorrect item” means a product that is materially different from the product stated in the customer’s order confirmation due solely to our error in fulfillment. Minor packaging variations, manufacturer packaging changes, or immaterial differences that do not affect the identity of the product shall not constitute an incorrect item.

If you believe you received an incorrect item, you must notify us in writing within [5] calendar days after confirmed delivery of the order by contacting us at info@promedbeauty.com.

Your notice must include:

  1. the order number;
  2. the name of the item ordered;
  3. the name or description of the item received;
  4. a brief description of the claimed error; and
  5. clear photographs or other documentation reasonably requested by us to verify the claim.

Failure to provide notice within the stated time period, or failure to provide sufficient information for us to investigate the claim, may result in denial of the request.

If we verify that an incorrect item was delivered due solely to our fulfillment error, we may, at our sole discretion and as the customer’s exclusive remedy, do one of the following:

  1. ship the correct item;
  2. replace the incorrect item;
  3. issue a refund for the purchase price paid for the incorrect item; or
  4. provide another remedy we determine appropriate under the circumstances.

We reserve the right to require return of the incorrectly delivered item before issuing any replacement or refund. If we require return, we will provide reasonable instructions regarding the return process. No replacement or refund will be issued for any item that we determine corresponds substantially to the order placed.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION ARE THE CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES WITH RESPECT TO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, SHIPPING ERRORS, AND DELIVERY OF INCORRECT ITEMS.

By placing an order through the webstore, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • all sales are final;
  • products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable except in the limited case of our verified shipment of an incorrect item; and
  • you have had the opportunity to review this Final Sale policy before completing your purchase.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
